Hi! I am an incoming 4th year law student from the Ateneo Law School and I am currently working on my J.D. thesis on E.O. No. 51 (Milk Code) in relation to trademark rights granted under the Intellectual Property Code. For this purpose, I would like to request for a copy of the IPOPHL Manual for Trademark Examination.
