Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1) List and frequency of common disasters in Bicol Region from 2014 - present.
2) List and location of operational disaster response and recovery facilities in Bicol such as evacuation areas, disaster and emergency response training centers, Emergency Operations Center, and others that apply.
3) Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) for Disaster Response of Bicol Region.
4) Latest available CLUP of Bicol region.
5) Latest available hazard map of Bicol region.
