I hope this message finds you well. My name is Bellelyn Cabresos, and I am currently working on a research project related to storm surge, coastal resilience, flood risk assessment.
To support my study, I am kindly requesting historical data on storm surge, flood levels, and rainfall from 1980 to 2024 near at the Brgy. San Rafael, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. The data will be used for analysis and modeling.
