I am Sydney Nathalie Gaspi, a licensed Sanitary Engineer in the Philippines. As references for designing storm drainage systems in the Philippines, I would like to request the following:

1. Rainfall intensity rate of every city in the Philippines (2019-2023)
2. Monthly rainfall forecast of every city in the Philippines (2019-2023)
