Hi I would like to request regarding the following

1.Change of Time Standard in the Philippines

2.To change the offset of the current time zone from UTC+8 to UTC+9 in order to align with South Korea and Japan and its neighbour which use the same time,permanently.

3.To be send to all branches of Government and the Office of the President for further review before being enforced in public.
