5. Solar Radiation (kW/m2): Monthly average radiant energy from the sun
6. Brightness (minutes): Monthly average brightness
7. Humidity (%): Monthly average vapor in the air

I would like to emphasize po that the requested data is intended solely for academic research purposes.The purpose of utilizing this data is to investigate and identify the significant weather features contributing to occurrences of rice diseases. I am a student (full-time) po in Doctor in Information Technology in Isabela State University.
