Hi, Im Charles. from PUP Sta Mesa. Currently I'm doing my research entitle Forecasting of Renewable Wind Energy Generation in Pililla, Rizal, through the Implementation of Gradient Boosted Decision Trees and LSTM Neural Networks. 

I need the record for historical wind speed and direction data inluding the temperature and pressure in Pililla, Rizal.
