Greetings!

I am Justin Lu, a resident from Valenzuela City.
I'm unsure if I'm able to request this of a government service but:
I was wondering if I could inquire when the best time it would be to properly view Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks comet around April or May at Tanay, Rizal.

Information from TheSkyLive states that the brightest the comet would be around April 21st, whilst the closest it would be to Earth is June 2nd.

I will be truly grateful and appreciate any and all responses regarding this subject.
