Ako po ay humihingi ng kahit kaunting tulong upang mapa dialysis ang aking kapatid siya po ay na diagnose ng stage 5 chronic kidney desease sabi po ng doctor ay kailangan daw po niya ng dialysis 2 times a week sana po matulungan niyo po kami.

Kami po ay taga leyte santa fe sa kasalukuyan po ay walang trabaho ang aking ama at ang aking kapatid patay na po aking ina umaasa nalang po kami minsan sa bigay ng kaptid ng papa ko po kami po ay umaasa na matulungan niyo po kami .
