I just would like to complain an Online Casino Game *Golden Empire* under JILI which i played at luckycolacasino.net today Dec. 27 2023 around 3:40 AM.

I experienced Incorrect winning rate which is far from the expected amount since i am playing this game for almost 2 years in luckycola flatform. I have a 19 minutes video as proof of their dishonest management. 

Also, when i tried to complain this issue to customer support of lucky cola they are asking for a screen shot as proof but how can they see it thru screen shot.
