Hello. I just want to get PAGCOR documentation stating they require initial deposit of 5k pesos locked in account from casino plus or other online casino app players. 

The reason I found the app is they offer free food from Sincerity megamall if we sign up for an account with casino plus and load up 150 pesos.

They have QR code which redirects to https://www.casinoplus.com.ph/15227
