Dear NBI,

I am filing a complaint against MASWERTE.CC Online Casino for an unresolved withdrawal issue. On December 19, 2023, around 4 P.M., I withdrew 500 pesos, but the funds have not reached my PayMaya account but MASWERTE.CC insists I contact Gcash directly, despite being the sender. This may be a small amount for them, but I worked hard for it. I humbly request your intervention for a prompt resolution.
