We are the 5th year Civil Engineering students from the Technological Institute of the Philippines (T.I.P.) at Quezon City.  Our culminating design requirement is a project in the field of structural and geotechnical engineering.  The project is FOUR STOREY PUBLIC LIBRARY BUILDING in Mabini Street, Mangatarem, Pangasinan. In this regard, we would like to request from your good office the public documents for the said location's soil profile and soil data.
