Dear Sir/ Madam:
I am an urban planning researcher currently taking up an online course on Innovative Governance of Food-Water-Energy Nexus in Cities. This training is sponsored by the ICLEI and the Understanding Innovative Initiatives for Governing Food, Water, and Energy Nexus in Cities.
Among the requirements to get certification is a draft proposal for an initiative on FOOD-WATER-AND-ENERGY NEXUS for our city of choice. I would like to request the Pasig CBMS in order to target communities without access to water/ power connection and are considered food-and-income poor.
