Dear June Gerald Layog,

I refer to my letter of May 10, 2022 08:00:26 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Vaccine Certificate.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. By the way, we are Siniloan Water District, we supply water to the towns of Siniloan and Famy, Laguna. We DONOT issue VACCINE CERTIFICATE.
