Good Day Sir:

Respectfully requested for the following purpose.

1. To transfer technology through Training in the Earth Embankment Design Analysis for Dynamic Analysis Model. The Time Acceleration History is the main Input Data.
2. The Design model will use GeoStudio Software,
3. The Dynamic Analysis for Earth Embankment is required in the Philippines due to its location, within the "Ring of Fire" or along the  Earthquake Belt .

You asked for TIME ACCELERATION HISTORY IN REGION-1.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that NPC particularly our Dams Management Department is tasked more on Operations and Maintenance of NPC managed dams and does not maintain such data.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Central Appeals and Review Committee headed by Mr. Alexander P. Japon, Vice President, Administration and Finance Group at apjapon.napocor.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.


If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
