November 25, 2022 Dear Adrian Bautista, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 21, 2022 07:50:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Reliability Index (SAIDI,SAIFI,MAIFI) of SPUG Plants for 2020 and 2021. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The reliability indices being requested are technical parameters measured by electric cooperatives (ECs) or distribution utilities (DUs) to meet the electricity needs of the end-users; in this case, the households and establishments served by the ECs or DUs; and does not pertain to power generation facilities. In view of the above, we believe that ECs/DUs are in the better position to provide the requested data. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://batchonboard20190219-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Alexander P. Japon, Chairman – FOI Central Appeals and Review Committee and Vice President Administration and Finance at apjapon@napocor.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). We would love to hear your thoughts or feedback on how we can improve your experience by answering the questionnaire in the following link: https://forms.gle/BWzbH7mH8XehTVrE9 Thank you.
