I hope this letter finds you well. This is Og Locaba, a science research specialist from the Philippine Space Agency. We are currently doing a research related to the Ambuklao, Binga and San Roque Dams. 

With your permission, I would like to request for a copy of the structural plans of the Ambuklao, Binga and Sar Roque dams.

Dear Og Locaba,

I refer to my letter of Nov 16, 2023 02:12:42 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Structural Plans of Ambuklao, Binga and San Roque Dams.
