Good Day!

I hope this letter finds you well. This is Og Locaba, a science research specialist from the Philippine Space Agency. We are currently doing a research related to the Ambuklao, Binga and San Roque Dams. We are in need of your data to supplement satellite remote sensing data. 

The data we need are as follows:
-Dates of large scale water release
-Estimated volume of released water
-Height of water at the reservoir at the time of release
