While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Cagayan II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAGELCO II), a private distribution utility that hold the franchise area of Northern Cagayan and Lower Apayao with office address at Maharlika Highway, Macanaya, Aparri, Cagayan, Tel No. (078) 888-2940 or e-mail cagelco2official@gmail.com
