Greetings Maam/Sir.
I am Engr. Phil Monforte, Substation Senior Principal Engineer of NGCP-General Santos Substation and we at NGCP have infrastructure projects to be constructed within General Santos Substation compound situated at Klinan 5, Brgy. Mabuhay, Gen. Santos City, Property Identification No. 173-00-0010-019-05 and Tax Declaration no. F-396077 under the registered owner NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION.

In our application for Building Permits, on the proof of ownership requirement, the OBO requires the document "Authority to Construct from the registered owner. Hoping you can help us. TY
