Dear Ms. FRAGA,

This refers to your request for a "copy of PAMB Resolution or Clearance for New Port Development - Port of Lavezares, Lavezares Northern Samar, in support to PPA Request for Certification, to proved that it does not violate the provisions of the Water Code of the Philippines".

In this regard, be informed that a PAMB Clearance can only be secured from the  PAMB of the Biri Larosa Protected Landscape and Seascape, thru the Protected Area Superintendent (PASu). With this, kindly coordinate with PASu Nestor Collamar at PENRO, Northern Samar (Catarman) or at birilarosapls@gmail.com.
