Dear Ms. De la Serna,

You have asked what are the processes to get a PAMB Clearance in Batangas. First you need to determine whether your subject area is inside or outside a protected area. In Batangas, the only protected area is the Taal Volcano Protected Landscape. For this, you need to coordinate with the Office of PASu Jasmine Andaya at the old CENRO-DENR Office in Lipa City or through email at pasu_tvpl@yahoo.com. PASu Jasmine Andaya will guide you through with the requirements in case your subject area falls within TVPLS. The requirement will depend on the nature of your project. But usually you will be required to submit formal request. You may also be required to provide a copy of your Development Plan, if applicable.
