The requested information is vital for my thesis research center's mission to contribute to the conservation and understanding of endemic flora in Eastern Samar. It will form a foundational element of my research and educational initiatives.

For a comprehensive list of all known species of plants in the Philippines, you may visit the Co's Digital Flora of the Philippines (philippineplants.org). It is an online, illustrative, and working list of all Philippine plants arranged per taxonomic group. 

For a list of threatened species in the Philippines, please refer to the DENR Administrative Order (DAO) 2017-11 or the 'Updated national list of threatened Philippine plants and their categories'. You can find a copy of the DAO 2017-11 attached to this email.
