Hi. I've been to DENR Del Carmen, Surigao del Nort office to get a PAMB clearance (as one of the requirements to get a building permit). Now, they give me a list. One of it is letter of intent. Since the information desk dont have a nice attitude, it makes me intimidated to ask her where to addressed the letter of intent. May I i know ? Thanks for your help.
