Dear Angelica Lasala,

This is in relation to your request for the coordinates of caves located within Cataingan, Masbate. Please note that there is no record of caves located in the said municipality in the National Cave Database. You may contact DENR Region 5 at red_reg5@yahoo.com for more updated cave data.

Relative to your request, a written request addressed to the DENR Secretary is needed as information on the nature and location of potentially significant caves cannot be disclosed to the public within one (1) year after their discovery by the DENR pursuant to Republic Act No. 9072 (National Caves and Cave Resources Management and Protection Act).
