I am currently working on a research project regarding natural resource conservation in the country, and this file is crucial to determine which areas are not yet under management. I hope for your favorable response.

This refers to your request for the shapefile/geopackage containing all areas currently under the NIPAS which you need for your research project to determine which areas are not yet under management (NIPAS).
In this regard, may we refer you to https://www.geoportal.gov.ph. Just look for BMB and "National Integrated Protected Area System" under the Agency tab.
