I am John Richle Escarro, Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region 7, under the Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning, and Development Division. We would like to request a copy of the BMB Technical Bulletin No. 2018-02, Guidelines on Assessing Urban Biodiversity. This is for the purpose of mainstreaming the handbook in the CLUP planning process.
