Good Day! 

I intend to look for the Official Gazette: Volume 74, Issue 23 where the whole IRR of the Presidential Decree No. 984 is included. 

Attached is the PD 984 IRR 1978 Chapter IV Article 1 but only Chapter IV Article 1 is emphasized. I hope to get the whole document PD 984 IRR 1978 to support information for my undergraduate thesis.
