Good day. I would like to respectfully request for a copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report of the Road Heightening and Tide Embankment (RHTE) Project also known as the “Great Wall of Leyte” in Leyte, Region 8, Philippines. This will be used for my thesis. Thank you very much.

Clearance Certificate (ECC) Pursuant to Presidential Decree No.
1586 (Philippine Environmental Impact Statement System).”
