Good day!

I am a staff of Environmental Management Bureau assigned in Negros Oriental and Siquijor and I am making this request to furnish a copy of all the establishments in Negros Oriental and Siquijor with Business Permits in 2022 and 2023. This request is inline with the current objective of the office which is to make a database for the establishments of Siquijor and Negros Oriental for easier monitoring of necessary environmental permits of these establishments.
