1) Hypothetical Environmental lmpact Assessment of the New Dumaguete-Bacong Airport
2) Copy of Environmental lmpact Assessment of other Airport Projects in the Philippines

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you with the copy of the EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) of the said project considering that the same falls under “Annex C” List of Exceptions (Non-Disclosure Information) as provided by DENR Administrative Order No. 2016-29 or the DENR Freedom of Information Manual, particularly Item 25 thereof (Any data in the course of applying for an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1586 (Philippine Environmental Impact Statement System)). However, you may wish to contact <Environmental Management Bureau 7> at <(032) 260 9777 loc 110>, or resubmit your request through email <r7records@emb.gov.ph>.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to
