I refer to my letter of Jan 15, 2024 09:35:12 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 10 yr solid waste management plan Cagayan De Oro.

In particular, it would be helpful to know what particular SWMP in Cagayan De Oro City are you referring to.  Please be informed that the 10 year SWMP are prepared by every LGU's.
