1.	Approved Environment Impact Assessment for the Tampakan Copper-Gold Project;
2.	Order of the DENR Secretary on the cancellation of the ECC dated February 14, 2017 for DENR Case No. 9785;
3.	Any subsequent Order of the DENR Secretary lifting the cancellation of the ECC of the Tampakan Mining Project
