With that, I would like to ask and request if you have data regarding the following:

1. DENR research facilities encountered problems
2. Challenges of DENR in Establishing and Operating Research Laboratories

Good day!

My email to erlsd@emb.gov.ph has been blocked, so I am unable to contact them. I can't get the file containing DENR Research Facilities. How can I get a copy of the data?
