Good Day! 

I intend to look for the Official Gazette: Volume 74, Issue 23 where the whole IRR of the Presidential Decree No. 984 is included. 

It is my knowledge that PD 984 IRR 1978 is available online but only Chapter IV Article 1 is emphasized. I hope to get the whole document PD 984 IRR 1978, as I would like to see the document where the noise control regulations are included before it is amended. This is to support information for my undergraduate thesis. ,
