Good day! I would like to request for the following data in excel form:

[quarterly and annual] PM2.5, PM10, NO2, CO2, O3 and SO2 emissions per city or province in the Philippines.

This is for my ongoing research about the impact of lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic on air quality in the Philippines.

Dear Ma'am Sir:

The email address you have sent me  (aqms@emb.gov.ph) isn't set up to receive messages. It says:

"Your message to the Microsoft 365 group aqms@emb.gov.ph couldn't be delivered.
The group aqms isn't set up to receive messages from gagange@up.edu.ph"

It seems that it need approval from aqms before I can email them. Please help me on this or you may just enclose the data I am requesting.
