I am writing to request assistance in locating specific circulars, administrative orders, or guidelines concerning the establishment of tree parks, including their control number and date of issuance. Searching online has led me to the 'Guidelines for the Establishment of Forest Parks' by the DENR, but I have yet to find the exact document they are associated with.

Your help in providing the relevant information would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
