HI! I would like to request an information to Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) regarding to:

1. A comprehensive assessment of the trees on the project site to determine their species, age, and ecological significance.
2.  Guidance on the relevant laws, regulations, and permits that govern the management and removal of trees in our area.
3. Recommendations on best practices for mitigating the environmental impact of our project on the existing trees.
Information on any potential reforestation or compensatory measures that may be required in connection with our project.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the following offices for your requests:

1) DENR Region 3 for sites in Caanawan, San Jose, Nueva Ecija, and
2) DENR Region 6 for sites in  Balabago, Jaro, Iloilo City.
