This is Yuichi SANO of Nippon Koei, an Engineering Company in Japan.
I’m a bridge engineer who is dealing with design of 2nd San Juanico Bridge.

For selection of the route of the new bridge
it would be also appreciated, if you could provide any local roles, regulations for mangrove conservation as follows:

1) Specific areas with Special Protection in Region VIII 
2) Local regulations and procedures for deforestation for development plan like new road construction project in Region VIII
3) Planed Sites for Mangrove Forestation and Planting in Region VIII
