Good day! I would like to request for copies of declared community watersheds under DENR DAO 2006-11 and DAO 2007-14 which I will used for one of my subjects in Master of Art in Urban and Regional Planning. Thank you.

I refer to my letter of Sep 05, 2023 01:28:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for DENR DAO 2006-11 and DAO 2007-14.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we know if you are requesting a list of declared community watersheds? Our office doesn't have shapefiles of the declared community watershed. Your request

You asked for DENR DAO 2006-11 and DAO 2007-14.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office sought clarifications from your end so that we can further process your request. Having not received any response to this date, the request will be closed.
However, you may wish to resubmit your request with complete details so that we may provide further action.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga, DENR, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, QC.
