Good Morning!

I am Janus Chaz M. Bukuhan from PSALM (Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management), I was wondering if I could request a shapefile of the Ambuklao-Binga Watershed? I cannot download the shapefiles from geoportal because it is restricted. Thank you.
