In relation with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PEZA and DENR signed last May 31 2022 seeking to convert idle lands to ecozones, may I confirm the following:

1. Can timber lands or forest lands be converted to ecozones?
2. If the answer is in the affirmative, what are the factors to be considered an idle land and/or forest land as ecozone?
3. What are the requirements and needed procedure for the conversion?
