Hi, 

I am sending to you my power of attorney to litigate.

I would like you to take notice of the existence of the owners duplicate of title of Lot 2933 OCT No. 62903 situated in Barangay Santa Cruz San Miguel Iloilo. As such, any use of affidavit of loss should be treated as use of falsified document.

With this, kindly send copies of all transactions involving said lot as I would like to take appropriate civil, criminal or administrative action in behalf of my Principal.
