I would like to request in your good department the following documents such as;

•Tax map of the whole Patrimonial land reserved for the Davao Regional Government Center situated in Baranggay Bago Oshiro under institutional Zone with the proclamation of Duterte no. 1354

Portion of lot of the said land:
Lot 129-M-11 (TCT no. T-332192), Lot 129-M-12 (TCT No. T-332193), Lot 129-M-19 (TCT no. T-332200), Lot 129-L (TCT No. T-316137) and Lot 129-K (TCT No. T-346862)

•Tax Declaration and TCT of Lot 76
Portion of Lot: Lot-129-M-11, 12 & 19, Psd-11-068628, 824-A, Psd-22896 and Lot-L, Psd

Moreover, I have attached the following required documents as mentioned above, These is the copy of the Proclamation including lot 1-71 technical descriptions and the photo of the said Land (Blue shade)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact or directly request to your Local Government Unit (LGU)/Municipality of the Property. Regarding to Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) you may directly request to Land Registration Authority (LRA).
