Good day sir/maam

I want to request a copy of cadastral map of Brgy. Matacla, Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon, Philippines. I just want to know who are
the owners of the land parcels in there.
Last month, one of our relatives came with a map and a land title showing that they are the owner of the land that our family is occupying for more than 50 years now. We just want to know the legitimacy of their papers.
