Hi, I would like to ask for the information of the piece of land that my grandfather left for my mother

She is the legitimate child of Antonio Pilapil but he died when my mom Pilar Paderan Pilapil age 5. She is his only child with Elma Paderan and his only hier. After my grandfather died, they promised (the so called relatives) that when my mother reaches the age of seven they will send the documents and all the titles but nothing, we did sent letter to them. The letter didn't return back to the sender so meaning they have it.

Now, would you please send us the information.
