Hi!  I would like to request information regarding record of Technical Description of  (Lot number 5049 - part of cadastral survey of San Jose). Bounded on the North with Lot nos. 5048 & 50541; on the NE., by Lot Nos. 5042 & 5078; SE., by Lot 5049 - part Hamtic Side; and West by Lot No. 5054, containing an area of six thousand seven hundred eighty three (6,783) square meters, more or less, declared under Tax Declaration No. 162 in the name of Marcial   Magbanua.
