Hi, I would like to request for copy of Lot Survey of O-2055 to get information on the names of neighboring lot owners and its lot area.

These are the following information of Original Certificate Title No.2055;

1. Location-#328 Rieta St. Barangay Wakas, Kawit, Cavite
2. LRC Case No. N-1290
3. LRC Record No. N-56624
4. Decree No. N-186686
5. Plan Psu-04-007888
6. SN No. 261701

This will be used to settle the conflicting information of lot boundaries from the Technical Description of Original Certificate Title No.2055 and Tax Declaration No. AA-11-0013-00801.
