Good day! 

My name is Wilma Fermalino.. My Dauther is graduate of in ALS back in 2015 Her name is JOSEPHINE FERMALINO, she graduated at Sto Nino South Cotabato Als.. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of her ALS Diploma as she have misplaced the original copy. I am requesting for another original one because she is applying for University this coming school year. and at the same time Applying for work too.. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
